SX PU FOAM

Description

An easy to us, Polyurethane based expanding foam for general construction and Home Improvement applications. Ready to use aerosol canister, gun grade canister for high volume use.

Properties

	Expands up to 30 times its original volume
	Quick curing, can be cut, sawn and plastered after 1 to 2 hours
	Gun grade format offers maximum control and efficiency

Applications

	Filling large or irregular gaps, where the Foam will expand to completely fill the cavity.
	Fixing window and door frames, loose tiles and boards.
	Insulating between brickwork and cladding, around ductwork and through cavities carrying pipes and cables.
	As a joint backer in conjunction with all types of sealants.

SX FOAM CLEANER

Description

A unique three in one aerosol solvent cleaner for cleaning the majority of PU foam applicators. It has a patented threaded collar design with an integral gasket sealing pin.

Applications

	Design of the the threaded collar allows safe use on majority of guns and hand held applicators.
	Red aerosol button fitted to the collar allows for fine jet of cleaner to be dispensed into awkward enclosed areas that require cleaning.

SX SILICONE SPRAY

Description

An instant, high gloss spray which can be used in a multitude of applications. This oil, fat and solvent free spray has good lubricant anti-static and releasing agent capabilities. Provides good protection from oxidization and corrosion and may be used to repel water. Very good with high temperatures and electrical resistance.

Applications

	As a releasing agent: in plastic injection moulding, fibre glass moulding, footware manufacturing, ceramic wear production, and in hot oven shelves, not in excess of 315^oC.
	As an instant spray gloss on UPVc, upholstery, rubber and plastic trims, wood and metal surfaces and is an indeal renovator for car interiors and vinyl trim.
	As a lubricant for most plastics, synthetic and natural rubber, on plastic bearings, textiles and fibres.
