EWMM may revise or withdraw the Services, in whole or in part, at any time. EWMM reserves the rights to revise the terms and conditions herein or policies regarding the use of the Services at any time by updating this posting. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions.

All typing and clerical errors in any quotation and/offers of the Products on the Site or acceptance of any order shall be subject to correction.

4. Merchandise

All our merchandisers are of merchandisable quality and they serve their intended functions and purposes.

5. Warranty

All warranty conditions are stated together with product information where appropriate.

6. Prices

All prices quoted are nett and is not inclusive of 3% GST.

7. Delivery Services

Delivery is free for purchases above $150.00 otherwise a $10 delivery charge will apply. Delivery is within Singapore Island only and is available on Mondays to Fridays from 10am to 5pm, except on public holidays. Please allow one working day for processing of delivery.

8. Payment Processing

Only cash-on-delivery is accepted. Personal or Company Cheque is only acceptable for amount below $200.00. All transactions are automatically processed when items are sent out.

9. Submission of orders

EWMM accept orders submitted through the internet or through fax at 62945579 or through our customers sales staff at 62945564.

10. Confirmation of electronic orders

An email or telephone acknowledgement will be sent to the customer within the next 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. Should the items not be available, a message will be sent to the customers for further action.

11. Cancellation of orders

We will refund the amount if the order is cancelled due to out of stock situation of if we are unable to honor the transaction within the confirmed time frame. Once the order is confirmed by the customer and submitted, no cancellations will be allowed.

12. Exchange & Refund

Exchanges and refunds are not allowed for all goods purchased. However if the product is defective, you may within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, return at your own cost such defective or damaged product to the following address for replacement of the same product.

Defective or damaged products returned to the above address may be replaced with the same product or by a similar product of equivalent value, depending on the availability of the said product, but shall not be refundable in cash. You are advised to check the condition and type of goods upon delivery. You agree that all decisions made by EWMM or the delivery agent shall be final, conclusive and binding on you and no further appeals or queries will be entertained.

All returns and replacements for Products that carry a manufacturer's warranty must be made directly to the manufacturer or agent/distributor.

14. Website Security

All information sent to us are kept in a secured environment. As we do not have any online payment processing at the moment, no encryption technology has been employed.

15. Suspension of Service

Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies accruing to EWMM, EWMM may, (but is under no obligation to) at any time and in its absolute discretion, suspend the Services or any other service provided by it to you without incurring any liability whatsoever to any person and for whatsoever reason including without limitation where EWMM, in its absolute discretion, suspects that your account has been hacked or accessed by an unauthorized person or that the security of your account has been compromised in any way or is unable to verify that this is not the case.

16. Disclaimer

Any conditions or warranty which may be implied or incorporated within this Agreement or in respect of the ordering or purchase of goods under common law or otherwise is HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. EWMM shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of information howsoever caused whether as a result of any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services otherwise, or for the contents, security, accuracy or quality of information available, received or transmitted through the Services.

EWMM shall not be liable for any loss (whether direct, incidental, special, punitive or consequential) or damage sustained in connection with your use or inability to access the Services or any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning your account and particulars or for any error, omission or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed. EWMM is under no obligation to provide you with in-house call or other technical support, customer service or any other post-sale service.

17. Year 2000 disclaimer

You acknowledge the potential problems which may arise as a result of the "Millennium Bug" or Year 2000 problem. EWMM makes no express or implied warranty or representation that EWMM' services and operations will continue to function without error or interruption before, on or after 1 January 2000, and the parties agree that EWMM shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, expenses, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential damage or economic loss, arising from any such failure to render the services as contracted here under by reason of any electronic, electrical, mechanical, computer, computer-related or other failure, or any error, omission, interruption or delay in its operations or service before, on or after 1 January 2000.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Singapore and each of Customer and delivery agent hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

19. Severablility

If any provision in this Agreement is found or held to be invalid or unenforceable, then the meaning of such provision shall be be construed to the fullest extent allowed by law so as to render the provision valid and enforceable, and if no such construction is possible, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of this Agreement and all provisions not affected by such invalidity or unenforceability shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Evidence

You agree that this agreement in electronic form constitutes a written document. You undertake not to dispute or challenge the validity or enforceability of any contract formed on basis of this Agreement on the grounds that it is not a written document and hereby waive any such right they may have at law.

You agree that this Agreement in electronic form may be admitted as an original document, and will not be challenge the admissibility of this Agreement on the grounds that it is made in electronic form.

This site is owned and operated by EWMM. Any reproduction or transmission in any material form, or by any means, including photocopying, faxing, images scanning, storing or recording by any means and broadcasting and distribution through any form of medium of any part of this publication is prohibited, unless a prior written consent is obtained form the copyright owner.
